CLONMEL THEATRE GUILD
Who are we?
We were founded in 1969 when a group of people came together in Hearns Hotel on the 23rd Feburary and formed the Clonmel Theatre Guild.
Since 1969 we have produced a number of plays each year in many different venues in or around Clonmel, Co Tipperary. We produce one or two "dinner theatre" productions each year which are very popular with local audiences.
To Date Clonmel Theatre Guild has performed many Plays, including The Playboy of the Western World, Juno and the Paycock, Da, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Shadow of a Gunman, Philedelphia Here I come, The Glass Menagerie to name but a few.
Membership
Membership of Clonmel Theatre Guild is open to adults from 18 years. We have positions for people interested in being involved on stage, back stage or front of house.Membership is on a voluntary basis. Membership costs €10.
